Honestly, the results I share are not typical as most people don’t implement.

This is dramatically different than anything you’ve ever seen or done before as it’s distilled from me buying or starting, building, managing and exiting 10 businesses since 1970 (that’s over 50 years of business success), plus guiding 100s of fast-growing business owners since 1993.

As a registered builder, on that land I designed and built a Tourist Resort from scratch (built = hands-on performed every trade except electrical); it had swimming pools, a general store with petrol, two tennis courts, cabins, horse riding, and about 100 caravan sites.
I hands-on managed our Tourist Resort for 6 years then sold it.
But wait, there’s more… I ran out of money early on building the Resort so I bought a bankrupt and closed hardwood sawmill with freehold land in Newmerella (near Orbost). Within one week I had it making money and sold all our timber to Gibbs Bright in Melbourne on contract.
I sold that sawmill for 5 times what I paid to a large sawmill company and then continued to build the resort.
You can’t get that hands-on experience from a how-to book or course or from a so called coach who bought his coaching business in a box with some fancy coaching certification!
There are 3 types of people who will watch this video…
1) The “Know It Alls” – “This doesn’t apply to my business”, or, “I’ve been in this industry for 20yrs you can’t teach me anything! Or, “My business is too big or too small.”
2) The “I’ve Tried It Befores” – They base their thinking on old, normal or conventional ways. “I tried that before, it didn’t work… so it won’t work now!”
3) The “Open Minded Sceptics” – They never miss an opportunity to learn something new and take immediate action to get results, but are sceptical enough to ask questions.

What you’re getting…
Businesses going through a growth curve have massive waste (and chaos?).

Because they do 2 Things Wrong:
1) They fail to find the One-Big-Thing, the constraint or roadblock. I call it the KINK (like in a hose that stops water flowing), the kink in your think and business stops the money flow and limits how much profit you can make.
This is because they focus on the wrong thing and try to solve the wrong problem, when it comes to maximum achievement of the business goal, which is to make more money (profit, cashflow and ROI) now and in the future.
It’s not their fault. They only look “outside” their business for solutions instead of inside. And, they get distracted by the next “shiny object” that comes along which is going to solve all their problems but never does…
Unfortunately, all they are really doing is Rearranging Deckchairs on the Titanic.
WHAT will you do differently?
You don’t need a guru coach or trainer.
You don’t need a marketing, sales or social miracle.
You don’t need the next shiny object!
Without adding “new things” there is hidden excess profit just laying there in your under-exploited assets, under-performing activities, and over-looked opportunities… BUT when you find the One-Root-Cause of all your undesirable effects (or symptoms or problems or challenges) and then eliminate it…
Then that’s when your profits will massively increase within a matter of days or weeks, using existing resources, and without spending more on marketing, sales, or operating expenses!
Rather than adding more we need to take away – reduction not addition –
simplify not complicate – easier not harder.
It’s not about throwing more into your business, but extracting more out of it, through the identification and removal of your constraint or roadblock, streamlining and systemising processes, and setting up joint-ventures to provide resources.
HOW will it happen?

A Viable Vision turns your yearly gross sales $ figure into your yearly net profit $ figure within 4 years (for a for profit business) e.g. $10,000,000 in sales now = $10,000,000 profit within 4 years.
